About Decoded Guides

Most storage questions have an official answer that nobody can find. USDA publishes it as a spreadsheet; we publish it as a page per food, with the question you typed as the title and the answer in the first line.

Decoded Guides is built by the small team behind eatcheck.org (is this product vegan, halal, gluten-free?) and skincarecheck.org. Same idea each time: take an open dataset, read it carefully, and answer one question per page without fluff.
